This course aims at providing specialist knowledge of human resource and business. Students are assessed through assignments, and in most cases, they assigned one assignment after completing each unit. These assignments are different, and they may include reports, practical tasks and representations. Additionally there is no formal exams, and this means that students will not have to sit for formal exams.
However, students will be accessing real-world situations via case studies, group and individual assignments, lectures and tutorials. This assignments will be graded as merits, pass and distinction, and to fully achieve the qualification, students will have to pass all 8 units for higher certificate and all 16 units for higher diploma.

Those applying have to submit a proof of prior certified learning documents such as secondary school diploma or level 3 qualification.
Applicants must undergo a compulsory interview with the college during registration.
Those applying must come with their original certificates on registration day.
Those applying but they do not have English as their first language will have to demonstrate an approved proficiency level in English language use.
