BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT HUMAN RESOURCE – LEVEL 4,5,6
This degree is for those students have an interest in an a career in managing human resources in corporates, skills and management skills, management recruitment and human resource management consultancy. It offers students with an opportunity to study different ways in which organizations can be successful through the effective management of people on this career-focused course. A broad range of core business skills and will be learned by the students, and furthermore, they will gain specialist knowledge of human resource management and the human resource profession.
This degree provides students with a foundation in fundamental business, concepts, practices, and methods, with an opportunity for following a business pathway that is general alongside a specialized focus on HRM.
The aim of this degree is to provide with an insight of daily life of a human resource practitioner, develop the commercial awareness and understanding in order ensure that the student develops skills and experience that can take to the workplace and gain the latest research-informed insights and knowledge.
We also put our focus on developing the student’s technical and practical skills in human resource alongside his/her knowledge and understanding. One gets introduced by this course to different business organizations and provides a broad global business environment perspective. One will have an opportunity to learn and practical in human resource management.
The student can decide to his/her career prospects after completing the undergraduate degree. However, one can go on with this course and apply for Postgraduate Master Program.

18 years old should be the minimum age of the applicants.
It is a must for students to submit certificates of their previous education level or relevant work experience.
Applicants with no formal qualifications but mature are welcome, but they have to demonstrate appropriate levels of relevant ability and experience.
Anyone who does not meet qualifications needed to pursue this degree is eligible for our foundation year course, as this year prepares the student for the full degree.
Those applying but they do not have English as their first language will be required to demonstrate an approved proficiency level in English language use.
When coming for registration, one will be required to bring their original certificates.
