Delivery Training Courses
The qualifications of delivery training are founded on the cycle of training. The learners are introduced to teaching principles and they learn the significance of the learning and teaching cycle during the planning of cycles of training.
The basic features are:
- Focusing on understanding the process of planning that is involved in the preparation of delivery of training sessions.
- Based on knowledge and therefore can be completed with no practical demonstration regarding competence
- Focusing on planning related skills and then the delivery of the session of training
- The qualifications aim at those individuals that want to have an understanding of planning and delivering learning sessions.

INVOLVEMENTS OF COURSE DELIVERY
The delivery staff should be practitioners that are experienced in the particular training field. The trainers should at least have an experience of one year in the past two years and should be able to proof tis to in the team of delivery.
It is not mandatory but preferable that the center of delivery staff to have a qualification of level four or three or above like:
Award in training and education
Development and Learning NVQ
Certificate or award in development and learning
Certificate PGCE/Ed
It is also not mandatory but preferable that the staff has a qualification in IQA.
The staff at the center can perform more than a single role like assessor and tutor or an internal assurer of quality but cannot assure internally their assessments quality.
Level Three
Delivering training award is designed to be supports of progression from assisting learners get the basic concepts about what happens in a designing session of training to presenting to the senior staff.
Their aim is to be able to support the training from initial learning and training of teachers and development of qualifications.
The qualifications are created to support the learners that have a teaching role or entering into one.
This qualification provides two pathways. The first one is the level three aware in training and planning session principles and the second one is two credits with a combination practice and knowledge units and the level three award in delivery and planning of sessions of training.

Level Four
The Award in level four delivering and planning presentations, learners are introduced to the delivering and planning presentations principles in various settings.
