    The learner develops his or her existing skills and gains knowledge in management and leadership. The qualification can be part of the technical certificate in apprenticeship of Hospitality Leadership and Supervision level three.

    The Hospitality Leadership and Supervision Principles award is for anyone who works in hospitality already and needs to take more responsibilities.

    INVOLVEMENTS OF THE COURSE DELIVERY

    To be qualified to deliver the course, one needs qualified staff for assessment and training.

    Appropriate facilities and resources are also required for learners to be trained well and achieve the standards of the industry.

    There are no requirements for the qualifications, but the trainer must ensure that every learner will access facilities and resources needed to take the qualification.

    The ideal learners have a role in the hospitality industry already or learning that takes place at work.

    Level Three

    • Operations supervision in the industry of Hospitality
    • Team leading principles in the industry of Hospitality
