    Learners will cover the significance of hydration, nutrition and food safety and is designed for the individuals that have a role in:

    • Assessing the nutritional needs of people
    • Delivering and preparing for people that use the services
    • Helping people that use the services to prepare their own food and consume it
    • Contracting services
    • Regulation and inspection

    Level Two

    These is for individuals that are working in childcare, early years and social and health care settings and have got knowledge of delivering and preparing food for people and promoting hydration and nutrition.
