Construction Skills Courses
The qualification of construction skills is appropriate for the learners of all ages that want to be introduced to industry of construction or those that have an interest in knowing more about careers like painting, decoration, carpentry, plumping and carpentry.

The following areas are covered at the phases:
Phase 1: Joinery, bricklaying and generic units
Phase 2: Floor and wall tiling, operations, decorating, painting and construction
Phase 3: Carpentry
Phase 4: Plumbing, electrical and plastering
The qualification is appropriate for the learners between fourteen years and nineteen years or for a learner of any age that wants to be introduced to the various construction trades or gain skills in areas and decide the trade that is suitable to pursue. No experience or previous knowledge required.
THE INVOLVEMENTS OF STRUDYING THE COURSE
Learning is from the classroom or workshop using the ideal materials and tools.
Every unit will be assessed with practical assignments and other optional online assessment
THE INVOLVEMENTS OF COURSE DELIVERY
For one to qualify to offer the qualification, qualified staff is needed to do the assessment and the training.
Suitable facilities are also needed to do the needed training that will enable leaners to achieve the standards of the industry.

The qualification is appropriate for the individuals that do not have previous experience. It is part of the learning foundation for people aged between 14 years and 19 years.
Entry 3
The level is an introduction to the hand skill types which are in the construction industry.
