Level One
This is appropriate for the learners that want to develop their knowledge and skills in PC maintenance and systems support for them to start in the industry of IT or be able to service their home or office computers.

The qualification enables a leaner to start in support roles and PC maintenance such as first lines support and field engineer.
THE INVOLVEMENTS OF THE COURSE DELIVERY
The trainers need to have qualified assessors and trainers and also appropriate facilities to do the needed training to enable the trainees have an opportunity to attain and achieve standards of the industry.
Those that can provide the following can acquire fast approval:
IT practioners NVQ level two
Diploma Or Award level two in in ICT principles and systems
Diploma\certificate level two support ICT systems
Diploma level two and certificate level one in professional competence in ICT
Diploma level two for practioners of IT and Diploma level two support of IT systems

Level One:
This level is appropriate for the learners that want to build skills to start in the industry of IT.
There are two options and each has the following basic units:
Pathway one:
Assemble, install, dismantle and maintain the computing system of a desktop
Fundamentals of customer care and computing system
Pathway two:
Setting up a system of IT
User fundamentals of IT
Optimizing performance of IT systems
IT users’ security
