With this qualification one can supervise cleaners or be a skilled cleaner. This qualification will enable leaners to work effectively and safely and be able to give quality services. There are award size small entry qualifications at level one, two and three of a nature that is practical and covers several tasks that are relevant to cleaning operations.
They cove various areas like cleaning kitchens, washrooms, bathrooms and buffering floors and cleaning of hazardous items and buffering floors. One can select a qualification in a certain area to suit the needs and qualifications that cover various areas.
The cleaning qualification is aimed at everyone that works as a supervisor of cleaning or cleaner. There is no previous experience needed for this qualification but a work placement or correct job is required in the industry of cleaning.
THE INVOLVEMENTS OF STUDYING THE COURSE
At level one, the leaner selects the hygiene, safety and health skills like:
At level two the learner covers things such as communication and teamwork and the other optional specialist skills of cleaning.
At level thee, the learner covers the skills required for supervision and others like training, planning and assessment of risks.
To get the above qualifications, the learner is required to show that he or she possesses some skills set. The learner works with his or her training provider so as to review the skills that the learner already has and ding the suitable method to acquire new ones including by doing new things at the place of study or work.
The qualifications are assessed in a real work environment or at the area of study. For every, the supervisor observes the learner as he or she carries out various services and reviews his or her understanding. The information is entered into the learner’s log book which in turn gives evidence of learning.
Level One
Level one is for those that have a job n support services and cleaning as juniors and want to get confidence in their roles. It is for those that want a basic understanding that covers safety, teamwork and hygiene. It might be the first qualification for the learner.
Level Two
This is for those that are more experienced in cleaning and want to widen their skills in other areas.
Level Three
This is for those that supervise the cleaning industry and want to gain recognition for their advanced skills in things such as team management, controlling resources and training.

THE INVOLVEMENTS OF THE COURSE DELIVERY
The trainers need assessors that are qualified to assess the course. They can be trained staff members or those recruited specifically.
There will be need for suitable resources and facilities for training and attainment of industry requirements by learners.
This is open for anybody but there must be enough resources for all learners that are required to complete the course.
The centers that are offering level one and level two NVQ certificates in support services and cleaning can obtain approval that is fist track for the qualifications.
All the learners have to be working in support services and cleaning and the learners at level three should be in supervisory roles.
Level One
