The qualification is for those who are working or are willing to work as trainers or teachers in the skill sector and further education which includes the ones not in the role of teaching or those that are just beginning the role of teaching and there is an award size qualification for the ones that need short qualifications to help them make choices in career.

INVOLVEMENTS OF COURSE DELIVERY
The delivery staff should be practitioners that are experienced in the particular training field. The trainers should at least have an experience of one year in the past two years and should be able to proof tis to in the team of delivery.
They should also be currently participating in quality assurance related processes.
The staff should be occupational also and technically competent and knowledgeable in training and education.
Level Three
The award in level three in training and education introduces learners to teaching and gives them insight to new roles, relationships and responsibilities in training and education and how to deliver and plan teaching lessons that are inclusive and how to conduct assessment and provide feedback that is constructive.
The e-learning program of TAQA is a new online program that gives end to end assessment and delivery of the award of level three in understanding the practices and principles of assessment.

Level Four
The certificate in level four in training and education is a qualification of teaching that is first stage which possess training and teaching practice requirement. It is done in-service and designed for the ones that are working or want to be working as trainers or teachers in England. It is possible for the teachers and trainers of pre-service who are those teachers that are not contracted formally to be trainers or teachers to complete the qualification. Every candidate whether in-service or pre-service should have access to a minimum of 30 training hours. The qualification is also appropriate for the individuals delivering training and education in all learning environments.
The learners that complete the qualification successfully will get a basic understanding of the responsibilities and roles of trainers and teachers in relation to diversity, equality, legislation and meeting the requirements of the learners. They also will be in a position use assessments and also deliver and plan inclusive learning and teaching. They will be in a position to assess learning and use suitable resources for support of effective learning.

Every candidate whether in-service or pre-service should have access to a minimum of 30 training hours.
