The qualification is designed to support individuals that want to gain skills and knowledge needed to support services and business as a whole. This ensures that they know their employer rights and safety and health as well as be able to select a pathway that will support their skills in business administration, retail or customer service. There are other options of employment o support in writing CVs and skill for interviews.
The qualification is for the individuals that want to be working in the role of support whereby they can specialize in one area which need skills that can be found in one area of business support.
THE INVOLVEMENTS OF STUDYING THE COURSE
The qualification covers fields that have skills that are necessary in retail, customer service and business administration. Every pathway enables the learner to select units from one or more pathways to make sure that a learner gains a mixture of kills which business needs. There are other options of employment to support in writing CVs and skill for interviews.
THE INVOLVEMENTS OF THE COURSE DELIVERY
The course can either be delivered in the workplace of college and those at college will need access to work experience.
Evidence portfolio will be used to assess the learners either from work products, observation or testimony from a witness.
Level One
This is for those that want to be employed in the retail, customer service and administrative roles. It is for those that are starters and want solid knowledge and skills to be successful as receptionists and administrative assistants or others.

The qualification equips a learner with the skills required to work in the retail, customer service and administrative roles. One can also continue into the qualification of level two and specialize in three areas to have a deeper understanding.
